This Privacy Policy describes how ShopRocket, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company doing business as OktoRocket (“OktoRocket,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the OktoRocket website, software, mobile applications, VoIP communication services, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us:
- Name, business name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
- Billing and payment information (processed by our payment processor; see Section 6)
- Account login credentials
- Customer records, CRM entries, and campaign configuration you input into the Services
- Communications you send to our support team
Information collected automatically:
- IP address, browser type, device information, and operating system
- Log and usage data, including pages viewed, features used, and timestamps of activity
Telecommunications-specific information (VoIP services):
If your subscription includes OktoRocket's VoIP phone system, we additionally collect:
- Call Detail Records (CDRs), including the numbers, times, and duration of calls
- Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI), which reflects how you use your telecommunications service
- The physical service address you register for each phone number, which is used for E911 routing and is subject to the requirements described in our 911/E911 Notice
- Call Recordings, where enabled, to facilitate contractual obligations to provide service features when used as part of your service.
CPNI is subject to additional access and disclosure restrictions under federal law, described in Section 5 below.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services
- Process billing and payments
- Route emergency 911/E911 calls to the correct dispatch center based on your registered address
- Respond to support requests and communicate with you about your account
- Send account, billing, and service notices, and, where you've consented, marketing communications (see our SMS Terms for text messaging specifics)
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
3. How Long We Keep Information
Our retention periods for each category of data are set out in our Data Retention Policy. In general terms:
- Services and usage data is retained in identifiable form for a limited period before being deleted or anonymized
- Call Detail Records, CPNI, E911 address data, and billing records are retained for the period required by applicable FCC and tax recordkeeping rules
- Contract and account records are retained for the duration of the relationship plus an additional period consistent with statute of limitations requirements and recordkeeping standards.
4. When and With Whom We Share Information
We may share information:
- With service providers and subprocessors who help us operate the Services, under contractual terms requiring them to protect your information consistently with this Policy
- With our payment processor to process transactions
- In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
- With affiliates, who are required to honor this Privacy Policy
- Where required to comply with law, respond to legal process, or protect our rights
- With emergency dispatch centers (PSAPs) when you place a 911 call, as necessary to route your call and provide your registered address
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Special Protections for CPNI
Where OktoRocket handles Customer Proprietary Network Information, we restrict internal access to CPNI to personnel who need it to perform their job functions, authenticate account holders before disclosing CPNI by phone or online, and log access to CPNI consistent with the access-log retention periods in our Data Retention Policy. We do not use CPNI for marketing purposes beyond your existing service without your consent, where required by law.
6. Payment Information
Payment data necessary to process your subscription is collected and stored by our payment processor.
7. How We Protect Your Information
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No system can be guaranteed fully secure, and you provide information to us at your own risk.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 12.
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. SMS opt-out is handled by replying STOP, as described in our SMS Terms. Opting out of marketing does not affect service-related communications necessary to administer your account.
9. California Residents
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 12.
10. Children's Privacy
The Services is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last Updated” date, and where required, we will provide additional notice.
