FULFILLMENT POLICY

Billing, cancellations, and service terms for OktoRocket products

Service Subscription

Service Period

Your Service Period, or “Billing Period” is the recurring monthly period that begins on your subscription activation date (or its monthly anniversary) and runs through the day before that same date the following month.

Unless you have signed a separate long-term service agreement with us that specifies a defined Term, your service is provided on a month-to-month basis and renews automatically each billing cycle. If you have signed such an agreement, its Term and renewal provisions govern instead of the month-to-month default described here.

Your access to all features and services continues uninterrupted until the following have occurred: (1) we have received your cancellation notice according to our policy below, and (2) for any phone number being moved to another provider, the port-out has been confirmed complete. Access continues through the close of your final billing period, as described in the Cancellation section below.

Service Cancellation

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To have your current billing cycle be your final one, we must receive your cancellation notice before that billing cycle ends. If notice is received after your current billing cycle has ended, the next cycle will be billed in full and will become your final month of service.

Because we bill in full monthly cycles, we do not prorate charges under any circumstances. There is no partial-month credit or refund, regardless of when during a billing cycle you cancel or when your service ends.

If your billing cycle end date falls on a Saturday or Sunday, we must receive your cancellation notice by close of business on the preceding business day (Friday) for that cycle to be your final one.

Example: Your billing cycle ends on the 15th. If we receive your cancellation notice on or before the 15th, that month is your final billed month. If we receive it on the 16th or later, the next full cycle is billed and becomes your final month — with no partial-month credit either way. If the 15th falls on a Sunday, we need your notice by close of business the preceding Friday for the current cycle to be your last.

Cancellation requests may be submitted at any time to support@oktorocket.com.

To make your current billing cycle your final one, notice must be received before that cycle's end date — or by close of business the preceding business day if that end date falls on a weekend.

Your final invoice will always be for a complete billing month — never a prorated amount.

You will retain full access to the Services through the end of your final billing period.

Number Port Out Cancellation

Requests to port a phone number to another provider does not constitute a cancellation notification. Cancellation notification occurs at the time we receive confirmation a number has been ported off our network. To have your current billing cycle be your last, we must receive your port-out confirmation before that cycle ends (or by close of business the preceding business day if the cycle end date falls on a weekend). You will be billed in full for whichever billing cycle is your final one — there is no partial-month credit or refund.

Phone Hardware

Hardware Ownership

Physical phones purchased through our service are your property upon payment completion. In the event of service cancellation:

  • You retain ownership of any phones purchased from us
  • No refunds will be provided for purchased hardware

Taxes and Non-Payment

Taxes and Regulatory Fees

Fees for our services do not include applicable taxes, surcharges, or regulatory charges. Depending on your services and location, your invoice may include additional charges such as:

  • Sales and use tax
  • E911 fees
  • Federal and state Universal Service Fund (USF) contributions
  • Other regulatory, franchise, or similar charges required by law

These charges are collected as separate line items on your invoice and remitted by us as required by applicable law. The amount of these charges may change if the underlying tax rate or regulatory assessment changes, independent of any change to your subscription fees.

Non-Payment

If a payment fails or an invoice becomes past due, we will notify you and provide 30 days from the date of that notice to bring your account current. Your service will continue uninterrupted during this 30-day period.

If your account remains past due at the end of that 30-day period, we will send a second notice starting a 60-day period. Unless your account is made current before the end of that 60-day period, we will terminate your service at the end of the 60-day period.

Paying the past-due balance in full at any point during either notice period brings your account current and cancels the pending termination.

If your service is terminated for non-payment, the same no-proration rule described in Cancellation applies: you will be billed in full for the billing cycle in which termination occurs.

Termination for non-payment does not waive any amounts already owed, and outstanding balances remain due after termination.

If your account has been repetitively past due within any rolling 12-month period, we may terminate your service immediately upon a subsequent non-payment, at our discretion, without the 30-day and 60-day notice periods described above.
